Volleyball School Team

Introduction: Training begins in October, with weekly sessions lasting 1.5 hours.
Objectives:

  1. Understand various volleyball techniques and rules.
  2. Train students’ strength, endurance, speed, reaction, and teamwork.
  3. Experience the importance of unity and effort through training, fostering sportsmanship and sense of belonging.
