Introduction: Training begins in October, with weekly sessions lasting 1.5 hours.
Objectives:
- Understand various volleyball techniques and rules.
- Train students’ strength, endurance, speed, reaction, and teamwork.
- Experience the importance of unity and effort through training, fostering sportsmanship and sense of belonging.
Training Time: Every Thursday, 3:35 PM – 5:00 PM
