Introduction
Duathlon combines cycling and running in a triathlon event, being one of the three triathlon disciplines.
Objectives

  • Through duathlon training (cycling and long-distance running), students can strengthen their bodies and sharpen their minds.
  • Learn competition rules in a safe environment and develop a positive attitude.

Training Schedule

  • Days: Saturdays
  • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Venue: Ground Floor Basketball Court, Cycling Path
