Introduction
Duathlon combines cycling and running in a triathlon event, being one of the three triathlon disciplines.
Objectives
- Through duathlon training (cycling and long-distance running), students can strengthen their bodies and sharpen their minds.
- Learn competition rules in a safe environment and develop a positive attitude.
