Introduction
Training will start in January for students in Stage Two, with each session lasting one and a half hours. Outstanding performers will be considered for the school athletics team next year.
Objectives
- Understand athletics events and rules.
- Train students’ strength, endurance, speed, reaction, and teamwork.
- Experience the importance of unity and effort through participation in school and external athletics competitions, fostering sportsmanship and school belonging.
