Introduction: Training begins in September, with two sessions per week, each lasting one and a half hours. The teams are divided into three groups (A, B, C) with approximately 25-30 members each. Outstanding performers will represent the school in external competitions.
Objectives:
- Understand the events and rules of athletics competitions.
- Train students’ strength, endurance, speed, reaction, and teamwork.
- Experience the importance of unity and effort through participation in competitions, fostering sportsmanship and school belonging.
Training Time: Every Monday and Thursday, 3:35 PM – 5:00 PM
Venue: Basketball Field/Football Field
